Kevin Curtin
President
Kevin brings significant commercial real estate experience in the areas of investment property acquisitions and dispositions, asset management and development. Kevin is responsible for overseeing the asset management of +8 million square foot of industrial, retail and office buildings valued at over $600M. The assets under management encompass nearly 100 buildings located in 23 states and two EU countries.
Kevin started his real estate career in Southern California entitling land for large public homebuilding companies and transitioned to Kessinger Hunter in Kansas City providing asset management for private investor groups, investment sales brokerage and development of Federal Government-leased buildings. Kevin received an electrical engineering degree from the United States Air Force Academy and earned his MBA from the University of Missouri’s Bloch School of Management.
